License to use FinalFinal
Subject to these terms, you're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use FinalFinal for your own design and production work. This license does not include the right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute FinalFinal, or to circumvent any edition or licensing restriction built into the extension.
Your responsibility for reviewing results
FinalFinal is a quality-assurance aid, not a substitute for your own review. You're responsible for reviewing scan results, verifying that flagged issues are addressed appropriately, and confirming your file is ready for delivery before you ship it.
No guarantee that every issue will be detected
FinalFinal checks for a defined set of common production issues. It cannot detect every possible mistake, and passing a scan is not a guarantee that a file is free of errors. No warranty is made, express or implied, that FinalFinal will detect any particular issue in any particular file.
Intellectual property
FinalFinal, including its name, logo, interface, and underlying code, is the property of its developer. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of FinalFinal to you. You retain full ownership of your own Illustrator documents and artwork; FinalFinal claims no rights over content you create or scan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the licensing or edition restrictions of FinalFinal, and not to use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Warranty disclaimer
FinalFinal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of FinalFinal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, FinalFinal — including but not limited to production errors, missed deadlines, or lost business — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing terms
These terms are intended to be interpreted conservatively and in good faith. Where a specific governing law or jurisdiction would otherwise apply, these terms are without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, which these terms do not limit or waive.
