Plain-language summary: your artwork stays on your machine. Details below.

Last updated: August 2026

The Illustrator extension

FinalFinal performs all document analysis locally, inside Adobe Illustrator, on your own computer. When you run a scan:

  • Your Illustrator document and artwork are not uploaded to any server.
  • No network connection is used to perform a scan, generate results, or run the Tools features (find & replace, artboard numbering, export, and similar).
  • Scan results, muted-issue lists, and settings are stored locally on your machine, not on a remote server we operate.
Scanning itself is read-only and never modifies your artwork. Features that do make edits (like batch find & replace) only run when you explicitly choose to run them, and can be undone with Cmd+Z / Ctrl+Z.

This website

This website (the one you're reading now) is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not add analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or a cookie banner. That said, in the interest of full transparency: GitHub Pages, like most web hosts, may collect standard server-level logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) as part of normal hosting operations. We do not have access to, and do not add anything beyond, that baseline hosting behavior.

Contacting us

This site does not use a contact form or any third-party form service. The Contact and Support links open your own email client via a standard mailto: link, addressed to support@finalfinalqa.com. Any information you choose to include in that email — such as your email address, message content, or attachments — is handled the same way as any other email you send, subject to your own email provider's and Google's applicable policies for that inbox.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected here directly; we don't maintain a separate changelog for policy edits.
